Por meio da Secretaria de Estado de Desenvolvimento e Inovação (Sedi), o Governo de Goiás está ofertando 360 vagas em curso de capacitação gratuito e online na área de Gestão e Negócios para empreendedores, professores e pesquisadores. São 12 turmas disponíveis e carga horária de 40 horas.
As aulas serão ministradas a partir da plataforma da Escola do Futuro do Estado de Goiás (EFG) José Luiz Bittencourt, localizada no Bairro Floresta, em Goiânia. As inscrições podem ser feitas pelo site efg.org.br e as aulas são ministradas no período noturno.
O processo seletivo de alunos está sob responsabilidade do Centro de Educação, Trabalho e Tecnologia (CETT/UFG), ligado à Universidade Federal de Goiás (UFG). Desde 2021, as EFGs são administradas pela UFG pós convênio assinado entre a instituição de ensino superior e o governo estadual, por meio da Sedi.

Lançando recentemente, o curso DE.CO.LAB – Elaboração de Projetos e Captação de Recursos visa contribuir para a capacitação do público interessado em elaborar e submeter propostas para editais de fomento de Goiás e do Brasil. O público-alvo do curso é composto por empreendedores, sócio-diretores de empresa (microempreendedor individual, empresa de pequeno ou médio porte, e startups), professores do ensino fundamental 2, ensino médio, técnico ou superior.
De acordo com dados do painel interativo da Sedi, até o momento existem 24 editais abertos no país, com a possibilidade de mais de R$ 25 bilhões em recursos para proponentes.
